Alberene Ash

Coated with black pepper and ash,
aged on local lavender boughs. Inspired by the Esmont community,
where the Alberene soapstone quarry was the heart of local business.

lovely table cheese or addition to a dessert plate. Delicious
with roasted beets in walnut oil, or crumbled on salad. |
